Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis is offering a Hardware Engineering Co-op in the Connected Water Team. You will solder, rework, and bring up circuit boards, wire test fixtures, and run tests while documenting results. You’ll gain hands-on experience with PCB layouts and calibration processes in a collaborative lab environment.

You will report to the engineering manager and work with project teams, growing into ownership of test areas and fixtures as you progress through the term.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on lab experience with electronics and prototyping.
• Clear written communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and rework through-hole and SMT assemblies for prototypes and test fixtures.
• Test and debug electrical and functional performance; log results.
• Design support: review schematics for manufacturability and testability.
• Organize and manage the engineering lab, calibration program, and procedures.
