Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is preferred but not required.
• Active substitute teaching license is required.
• Experience with middle school students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and lesson plans.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment while adapting to different teaching styles and subjects.
• Must pass Ohio BCI/FBI background check.
