ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Kansas City, MO and surrounding area. You will visit stores to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot displays, ensuring proper placement under a defined schedule.

The role offers a $19.00 per hour base compensation with higher rates for additional projects, paid training, and bi-weekly direct deposit. Travel within the territory is expected with a driver’s license and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update.
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
