Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Billerica, MA to support major retailers across the area. You will visit stores, ensure proper display placement, assemble and maintain promotional materials, and troubleshoot as needed.

Responsibilities include submitting same-day surveys with photos and feedback. Requires experience in merchandising or retail, plus reliable transportation and the ability to work Mon-Thu, no weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.
• Attention to detail when following complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready with internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS device; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability with a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
