Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in the Hamilton, OH area to complete store display projects across assigned territory. You will ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays at major retailers.

Ideal candidates have prior merchandising or retail experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a small team.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is desirable.
• Attention to Detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team as needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS-enabled smart device; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability: valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and use of vehicle for role responsibilities.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Purpose: ensure placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients: represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling: up to 25 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; no weekends/evenings
• Additional opportunities: potential for more hours for larger regions or travel
• Reporting: submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
