Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work.
• Enjoyment in working with older adults.
• Demonstrated housekeeping ability in own home.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily, as defined in the responsibilities assistance plan.
• Clean common areas as scheduled.
• Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.
• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
• Ensure bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed.
• Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed.
• Do laundry for residents, if needed.
• Report concerns or observations about residents to REPORT TO.
• Ensure a safe living environment.
• Wash windows and window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed.
• Assist with exterior window washing twice a year.
• Maintain adequate clean linen at all times.
• Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for next resident.
• Assist in serving meals, if needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an adequate amount of supplies to complete job responsibilities.
