Job summary

Rowan University is seeking qualified Educational Technology educators for the Department of Critical Literacies, Technology, and Multilingual Education (CLTM). This part-time adjunct appointment supports the College of Education with courses aligned to K-12 STEM/CS education.

Applicants should have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Technology, licensure, and a minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in P-12 settings.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Educational Technology or closely related field
• Meets state licensure requirements for education
• Minimum of 3 years of public or private teaching in P-12 settings
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and service in education in Educational Technology
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Commitment to fostering academic achievement, social and personal responsibility, and social justice
• Commitment to collaboration, professional development, diversity, and student learning
• Experience with P-12 partnerships and current teacher accountability requirements
• Familiarity with using instructional technologies and Canvas or similar LMS
