Savvas Learning Company is seeking a part-time Sales Clerk to support the Riverside/San Bernardino area with sales presentations, product activations, and customer interactions. The role involves handling materials, coordinating with Account Managers, and ensuring timely service at client sites.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Drive, Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements specified projects under the direction of the Account Manager.
• Supports AGM and Specialists with sales presentations and product activations; includes transportation of materials from storage, setup, handouts and tear down.
• Prepares materials needed for sales presentations, trainings, and conferences.
• Plans sales calls by outlined objectives and steps from Account Manager.
• Communicates effectively via phone, email, and site visits with customers.
• Uses online resources and training modules for product knowledge development.
• Responds to customer requests with timeliness and professionalism; builds credibility and trust.
• Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine problems.
• Provides information needed for Account Manager and external resources to perform in the territory.
• Assists with post-conference activities like attendance lists, reports, and project files.
• Learns new products, procedures and processes while maintaining daily duties.
• Delivers samples and pilot materials to sites and handles pickup.
• Maintains storage facilities and organizes shipments.
• Provides general administrative or clerical assistance.
