Job summary

Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking an Echocardiography Technician to support physicians by performing echocardiography testing and related Imaging procedures for patients across our service areas. The role focuses on delivering accurate cardiac assessments with Doppler and color flow analyses, under physician direction.

Responsibilities include assisting with cardiac echo stress testing, equipment maintenance for the Philips Affiniti CVX 70, and ensuring supplies are stocked for the designated

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Echocardiography or a related field is required.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification is required.
• Two years experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred.

What will you do as aPMCEchocardiography Technician

As a PMC Echocardiography Technician, you will serve as an essential part of the patient’s experience by assisting the PMC physicians in conducting echocardiography testing of the patients

A day in the life of a PMC Echocardiography Technician may include:

• Performing echocardiography, doppler, and color flow on all patients.
• Assist the physician in cardiac echo stress testing.
• Maintaining the Philips Affiniti CVX 70 equipment necessary for all echo testing.
• Ordering supplies needed for designated area.
• Being a key piece in the PMC mission by providing the highest quality of care to our patients and the communities we serve.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Echocardiography or a related field required.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years experience in a clinical or hospital environment preferred.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Friday) no weekends or holidays

Pay Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
