Early Learning Corps, powered by Ampact, seeks an Early Learning Tutor to support pre-kindergarten students in a Minnesota classroom. You’ll deliver proven activities, coach alongside an on-site coach, and help children build early literacy and math skills.

This part-time role (≈25 hours/week) offers on-site hours for the 2026-27 school year, with AmeriCorps stipend and education awards; strong English skills and reliable attendance required.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance history.
• Able to follow instructions and implement feedback.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (email, online navigation).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into tracking software.
• Commit to personal growth through coaching and training.
• Share experience with the community.
