Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Assistant Teacher in the NYC area to support early learning in a Bright Horizons center. The role offers part-time schedules, with 12:00 PM-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will assist with hands-on activities, communicate with parents about daily milestones, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom in compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and Bright Horizons.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred.

• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
