Job summary

LMACCC in Boston is seeking a Part-Time Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a warm, supportive setting. You will help create a positive, nurturing learning environment and engage young children throughout the day.

The role offers flexible hours (6:30 am–6:00 pm) and opportunities for growth within our early learning center. 18+ with a HS diploma and immunizations required; daycare/early childhood experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule: 6:30 am–6:00 pm shifts.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Experience in daycare/early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development practices.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children ages 2 months to 5 years old
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members
