Job summary

DePaul University invites expressions of interest for part-time faculty in the Department of Teacher Education, Kinesiology, and Educational Studies to teach Early Childhood Education for 2026–2027. Positions are part-time, with courses throughout the year, including summer sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum master’s degree in an early childhood-age field. Some courses may require a doctoral degree.
Demonstrated experience working and teaching with children ages birth through 8y.
Commitment to educational equity and an inclusive faculty community.
For curriculum and instruction (methods) courses: at least five years of licensed teaching experience in the early childhood age span.
Minimum three years’ experience in the early childhood or child development fields.
