You will promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth for young children and their families, while supporting a warm, secure classroom climate.

The role emphasizes following schedules, collaborating with families and staff, and maintaining compliance with RCMA and DCF requirements.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school completion (or equivalent) is highly recommended.
• Completion of DCF childcare training/competency exams is preferred.
• Credential options include FCCPC Birth-5, Infant Toddler CDA, Preschool CDA, ECPC, CCAC, or 9 college credits in ECE with relevant experience.
