Job summary

Firefly Oasis in Smithtown, NY is seeking a warm, part-time Teacher's Assistant for the 2027–2028 school year. The role supports a Waldorf-inspired Pre-K/Kindergarten program serving ages 3–6, with a Tue-Thu 9am-12pm schedule and a focus on play-based learning.

You will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom, assist with snacks, supervision, and daily routines while fostering curiosity and confidence in young learners.
