Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Meets the regulatory requirements for the state employed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Teacher in developing a quality, developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Assist in implementing curriculum and communicating regularly with families.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom that encourages social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Assist in designing and implementing lesson plans based on children’s interests and needs.
