North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT (East Location) seeks a Part-Time E-Commerce Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in fulfilling online orders and delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, is computer-savvy, and flexible to work evenings and weekends. The position involves lifting up to 55 lbs and working across our online and in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail/online environment.
• Comfortable with computers and multiple computer systems.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 0–55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification required (18+).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and ensure accurate packing and labeling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product education.
• Maintain knowledge of North 40 brands and store departments.
• Assist with inventory and shelving as needed.
• Work evenings/weekends as required.
