PetVet Care Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join Clackamas Pet Clinic in Clackamas, Oregon. You will work with a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide high-quality care and build lasting relationships with clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Hospital Manager and Regional Director, a culture of care, strong communication, and commitment to patient welfare.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited college.
• Current State Veterinary License.
• DEA registration must be obtained and maintained.
• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills; team-oriented and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient exams and medical workups.
• Client communication and education.
• Performing diagnostic procedures and surgery.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Pharmacy duties and controlled substances protocols.
• Promote teamwork and staff efficiency.
• Work with the Hospital Manager on weekly priorities.
• Monitor hospital protocols from intake to discharge.
• Attend daily rounds when possible.
• Participate in practice management updates and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
