Job summary

McGrath Family of Dealerships in Iowa City is seeking a dependable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to support our service department. You will safely shuttle customers while their vehicles are serviced, and assist with delivery and customer transportation needs.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, reliability, and strong communication to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

Toyota of Iowa City is seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to support our busy service department. This position plays an important role in the customer experience by providing safe, professional, and convenient transportation for customers while their vehicles are being serviced.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with people, and staying active throughout the day. Experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, professional driver, valet, porter, transportation driver, or customer service professional is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Comfortable safely driving a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Previous shuttle, delivery, transportation, valet, porter, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments as needed
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction

• Refill coffee and customer amenities as needed
• Assist the service department with additional transportation and support responsibilities as needed
