As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard Card preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted.
• Licensing rules may vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by performing site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, entrances, parking and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to site leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and directions for customers and deliveries.
