Job summary

Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in West Peoria, IL to transport injured workers to appointments using your own vehicle.

You set your own hours and are paid by the hour for approved wait time. Typical trips pay around $50 with about 2 trips per week for the average driver, and a $0.75 per loaded mile rate plus gas reimbursement when national average exceeds $2.84.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV under 15 years old.
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid with proof of timely payments if autopay not used.
• US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN, EIN, or ITIN acceptable).
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to medical appointments in your own vehicle.
• Be available to wait at the facility when wait time is approved and paid by the hour.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your own schedule.

Rides are scheduled in advance so that you can choose the times that work best for your schedule. You'll also get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved. You might qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
  • $0.75 per loaded mile
  • Gas Reimbursement Plan when national average is over $2.84 (Gas Bonus)
  • Average trip pays $50, most drivers get 2 trips a week

***Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, however if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).
