Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in Lebanon, IN to transport injured workers to appointments. Rides are scheduled ahead of time so you can pick shifts that fit your schedule.

You’ll also earn hourly wait-time pay when wait time is approved, with typical trips paying around $50 and about two trips weekly. To qualify, you must hold a valid driver’s license, drive a 4-door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old, and maintain an active cell phone plan.

• US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN, EIN, & ITIN acceptable).
• Active cell phone plan is required; prepaid plans must show 6 consecutive timely payments.

• Transport injured workers to appointments from your vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your calendar.
• You will be paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved.

Rides are scheduled in advance so that you can choose the times that work best for your schedule. You'll also get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved. You might qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
  • $0.75 per loaded mile
  • Gas Reimbursement Plan when national average is over $2.84 (Gas Bonus)
  • Average trip pays $50, most drivers get 2 trips a week

Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, however if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).
