Boomerang Transport in Forest Park, OH is hiring drivers who want flexible hours and the opportunity to help people by transporting injured workers to their medical appointments from the comfort of your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can pick times that work for you, and you’ll be paid by the hour for wait time when wait time is approved.

Eligibility includes a valid driver’s license, a 4-door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old, active auto insurance, an active cell phone

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the vehicle type.
• Active personal auto insurance policy required.
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid with 6 timely payments if autopay not used.
• US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN/EIN/ITIN).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments in your vehicle.
• Rides scheduled in advance to fit your availability.
• Paid by the hour for wait time at the facility when wait time is approved.
• Earn a per-loaded-mile rate in addition to per-trip payments.

Set your own hours and make a difference in people's lives. At Boomerang Transport you will transport injured workers to their appointments from the comfort of your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so that you can choose the times that work best for your schedule. You'll also get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved. You might qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
• $0.75 per loaded mile
• Gas Reimbursement Plan when national average is over $2.84 (Gas Bonus)
• Average trip pays $50, most drivers get 2 trips a week

Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, however if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).
