Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Carrboro, NC is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to appointments using your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule, and you can choose the hours that work best for you.

You will be paid by the hour for wait time when approved, plus mileage at $0.75 per loaded mile and a gas reimbursement plan when the national average exceeds $2.84. Most trips pay about $50, with about two trips per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Own a 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV less than 15 years old.
• Must have an active cell phone plan; prepaid plans require proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a valid TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).
• Must be current on personal auto insurance.

Rides are scheduled in advance so that you can choose the times that work best for your schedule. You'll also get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved. You might qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
  • $0.75 per loaded mile
  • Gas Reimbursement Plan when national average is over $2.84 (Gas Bonus)
  • Average trip pays $50, most drivers get 2 trips a week

**Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, however if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).
