Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Bogalusa, LA seeks drivers to transport injured workers to appointments in their own vehicles. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose hours that fit your life. You are paid by the hour for wait time when approved, and $0.75 per loaded mile. Most trips pay around $50, with about 2 trips per week on average.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a suitable 4-door vehicle, and an active cell phone plan. US citizenship or a valid TIN is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• Must own a 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV under 15 years old.
• Must have an active cell phone plan (proof if prepaid and not on autopay).
• Must be a US citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments in your own vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule.
• Wait time is paid hourly when wait time is approved; load miles paid per mile.

Set your own hours and make a difference in people's lives. At Boomerang Transport you will transport injured workers to their appointments from the comfort of your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so that you can choose the times that work best for your schedule. You'll also get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved. You might qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
• $0.75 per loaded mile
• Gas Reimbursement Plan when national average is over $2.84 (Gas Bonus)
• Average trip pays $50, most drivers get 2 trips a week

***Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, however if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).
