Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Louisville, KY is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to appointments in your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose times that suit you. You’ll be paid by the hour for wait time when approved, with additional mileage and trip pay.

Eligible drivers should have a valid license, a suitable 4-door vehicle under 15 years old, and an active cell phone plan. A U.S. citizen or resident with a TIN is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Own a 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV under 15 years old.
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid plan must provide proof of 6 consecutive payments if not on autopay.
• US citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN or ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities
