Trash Butler is seeking a Part-Time Doorstep Waste Removal service provider in Hudson, Florida. This role involves collecting trash and recycling from multifamily communities with a focus on excellent service and reliability.

No prior experience is needed, as all training is provided. Successful candidates will maintain a positive attitude and work independently, with an expectation to carry out responsibilities in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

About This Position

Butler Plus is a leading provider of doorstep trash, bulk & junk removal, sustainability solutions, porter services, and pressure washing for multifamily communities across the country. We serve over 340,000 units nationwide and are known for reliable service, strong operational support, and an elevated experience for both residents and property teams.

Who You Are: Be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities.

We offer no prior experience required – we provide all training. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services are key.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $800 per month, paid semi-monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash / recycling collection.
• Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Use Trash Butler’s field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash via open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed: porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor cleanup, and light community cleanliness tasks.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor or manager to ensure streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise.

• Other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lb., use hands and arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Provide an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (listed as authorized driver where necessary).
• Have a smartphone to download and use the company app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
