Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) in Towson, MD to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. Expect evening work, around 10–15+ hours weekly, with no long-distance driving.

You'll collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps, use a mobile app to check in and track tasks, and be assigned locally near your home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan and ability to receive SMS communications during pre-employment and employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
• Reliable transportation; open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby communities during shift within the same local area.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors; stay active during shifts.

What You’ll Do

Every service night, you'll help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps, so it's gone by morning.

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
• Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed
