Valet Living is hiring part-time Service Valets to collect trash at local apartment communities with an evening schedule. You will operate a pickup with an open bed or trailer, drive short distances within the area, and stay active outdoors.

The role offers a steady evening routine and a chance to earn extra income. Compensation includes a truck pay rate of $20 per hour or $18 per hour for non-truck duties.

Qualifications

• Must own a qualifying vehicle with an open bed or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used is required.
• Smartphone with a data plan is needed to use the work app.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to follow a routine.

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor using your vehicle.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.

What You’ll Do

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on‑site compactor using your open‑bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with utility trailer.

• Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.

Qualifications

• Own either (1) an open‑bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.

• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app, and willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment, including updates, scheduling, and work‑related information
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
• Work around bagged trash and waste
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
