TForce Freight, a North American LTL carrier and subsidiary of TFI International, is seeking a part-time Dockworker in the Southborough, MA area. The role ensures freight is loaded safely and efficiently so deliveries arrive on time and in good condition. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, print BOLs, and assist with dock operations.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a benefits package including pension and 401(k).

Qualifications

• No CDL required
• Impeccable customer service and dedication
• Safety-focused with ability to read, write and speak English
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Forklift operator certification

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment
• Print BOL for daily deliveries
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts
• Secure shipments upon arrival
