Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in educational leadership or a related field.
• Holds a current North Dakota Superintendent Credential or eligible to obtain credentialing before the start date.
• Successful experience in educational leadership (building or district level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of school finance, curriculum, instruction, and personnel management.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the district.
• Ensure high-quality educational programs and student achievement.
• Oversee district operations, including finance, facilities, and personnel.
• Recommend and implement policies in collaboration with the School Board.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive school culture and strong community engagement.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of the district.
