Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Staff Pharmacist in Massachusetts to support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise Pharmacy Support Staff, and oversee patient care programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain inventory, and deliver high-quality customer service while helping improve access to medications.

This part-time role offers a competitive pay range of $60.00–$76.00 per hour and eligibility for a benefits package consistent with federal and state guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy.
• Lead and support Pharmacy Technician staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory control, workflow management and customer service excellence.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in daily supervision and regulatory adherence.
• Contribute to patient care programs and drive positive health outcomes.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
