Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service Berlin, VT 05602, Williston, VT 05495, and the surrounding area. You will visit major retailers to set up and maintain product displays, ensuring correct placement and addressing any issues.

The role offers up to 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with potential for more hours in larger regions or travel. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with paid training and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail work is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising tasks within the assigned territory.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the territory to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
• Travel within territory as needed and report findings to client.
