Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA and WV) per state regulations.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests.
• Educate customers on products while ensuring adherence to state regulations.
• Process patient orders and assist with returns per company policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked workspace and report issues to management.
• Handle online orders and deliveries as needed.
