Responsibilities

• Keeps dishes, pots, pans, trays and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using provided equipment; maintains sanitation.
• Maintains safe temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation rules.
• Washes prep surfaces, walls, refrigerators and blocks.
• Removes trash and handles waste properly.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and other duties as assigned.
