Job summary

Sauced BBQ & Spirits in Sacramento, CA is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to keep all plateware, glassware and silverware cleaned and sanitized. You will work with a team to stock items throughout the shift and help with basic cleaning duties.

This role requires standing for extended periods, light to moderate lifting, and thriving in a fast-paced, wet environment. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required; reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months work experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishware, glassware and silverware.
• Stock items throughout the shift.
• Sweep and mop floors; remove trash.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced kitchen.
