Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and trash receptacles.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed (e.g., peeling vegetable, portioning ingredients).
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Support cooks and production team by ensuring timely availability of clean items.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
• Uphold the store’s standards of excellence in cleanliness and professionalism.
• Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management.
