Sagora Senior Living is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support Elison Independent Living of Orchard Glen in Orchard Park, NY. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and assist with daily kitchen operations to ensure residents receive high-quality service at meals.

Qualifications include at least 6 months in a commercial kitchen and the ability to read, write, and speak English. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine daily to ensure proper operation
• Remove cracked or broken dishes or damaged utensils and notify supervisor
• Store all dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for use at next mealtime
• Dispose of all trash in a proper manner
• Clean dishwashing machine inside and out after each shift
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer each evening
