Job summary

The Conservatory at Champion Forest, a Discovery Senior Living community, is seeking a dishwasher to join our on-site kitchen team. Training is provided and no prior experience is required for most positions.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining a safe work area, and assisting with supplies. We offer flexible hours, competitive wages, and full benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Operate dish-washing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils.
• Maintain clean and safe food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment.
• Clean production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Record and maintain service-related documentation.
• Assist receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
