Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in Hemet, California. You will operate the dish-washing machine, sanitize dishes and utensils, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment in a fast-paced dining service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and may have one year of previous food service experience. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits.

• One (1) year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates the dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking equipment.
• Keeps food service areas clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving food and non-food supplies.

• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
