Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy, part of Trinity Health, is hiring a Casual Pool Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in residential and day programs. This flexible, as-needed role offers you the chance to shape a schedule that fits your life.

You will provide direct support with daily living skills, promote independence, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license and ability to drive organizational vehicle
• Access to transportation locally
• Act 33/34/73 clearances obtained
• Pre-employment drug screen and TB/physical requirements
• Must complete medication training within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living skills and activities
• Assist with person-centered plans
• Foster a positive, supportive environment
• Document progress and observations accurately
• Collaborate with DSPs, coordinators, and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and development
