Community Options, Inc. in Cookeville, TN is hiring Part-Time and PRN Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. No experience required—we offer PAID training and starting pay of $15.68 per hour.

You will assist with daily living, health monitoring, transportation to appointments, and community activities while documenting records. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; background checks will be

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to build supportive relationships.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and maintaining personal hygiene
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns
• Assist with independent living and community-based skills
• Participate with individuals in community, social, and recreational activities
• Drive individuals to medical appointments and activities in the community
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely
• Build a support network with community members, businesses, and families
• Additional tasks may be assigned
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections
