Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an adult in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm, helping with daily routines, community activities, and personal care while ensuring safety and consistency.

This role is ideal for students, educators, or caregivers seeking meaningful part-time work. Driving is required to travel to activities and home visits within the community.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Provide community support, companionship, and ADL support.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
