Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact for children and teens with developmental disabilities. The role starts part-time with 15–20 hours weekly and offers a path to full-time based on center needs and availability.

Pay is $19.00–$20.50 per hour, with an additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour in applicable cases. Training is paid, and a clear career pathway supports growth and leadership.

Qualifications
