Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Developmental Disabilities and Autism department and seeks a Direct Support Professional Day Habilitation. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

Location: New Jersey; Part-time position with on-site or community assignments. Start date and duties contingent on approvals and staffing readiness. Pay: $17-$21 per hour. Benefits include paid time off with earned sick leave.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with IDD preferred.
• Ability to complete required training and background screening.
• Resume provided and reviewed during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Support communication, daily living skills, community participation and individualized goals.
• Maintain safety, respectful supports and accurate daily notes.
• Collaborate with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
