Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as directed by clinical staff.
• Provide personal care and support for daily living activities.
• Encourage community involvement and accompany individuals to activities.
