You will follow a personalized support plan, assist with daily activities, and help the individual stay engaged in the community. Driving is required, schedule is TBD, and onboarding and background checks are included.

Qualificações

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
• Experience preferred but not required
• Driving required
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship, community support, and assist with personal care and daily routines as needed, following the individual's support plan
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals through activities such as crafts, meal preparation, and community outings
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs and preferences
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment by following individualized support instructions
• Complete required documentation after each service and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
