Qualifications

• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Maintain a clear criminal record per Medicaid Waiver regulations.
• Possess Indiana driver’s license and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (e.g., cooking, housekeeping, hygiene).
• Support recreation, leisure, social and communication skills.
• Provide instruction and assistance, including community integration and self-advocacy.
• Medication assistance and related services as needed.
