Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking to hire part-time Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. The role requires weekend availability and weekday evenings to align with the needs of the people we serve.

Qualifications

• No experience needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.

Responsibilities

• Participating in fun activities.
• Budgeting
• Meal preparation
• Help the individuals try new things.
• Shopping
• Mentor the individuals to learn new skills
• Transporting individuals out in the community/sight seeing
• MUST be willingto work weekends
