Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy seeks compassionate individuals to provide in-home, one-on-one DIRFloortime therapy for autistic children. You will build trusting relationships through playful, emotionally attuned interactions and collect session data via a phone or tablet.

The role includes ongoing supervision from credentialed therapists and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, reliable transportation, and a willingness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
